Resumo: | The presented work describes and compares, the uplift and bearing capacity with metallic helical foundations, determined by: Individual Plate and Cylindrical Shear theoretical methods; torque empirical methods; and by static short term load tests. The field study was developed in an experimental area, yielded from CEMIG (Energy Company of Minas Gerais), located at the Substation Vespasiano 2, a site characterizedby filitos, and was analysed by boring and laboratory tests. The used pile, had two helices and was instrumentalized by stran gages, was mecanical installed by clockwise rotation into the soil. The results shows a changeable deviation of the load capacity methods comparing to thefailure load criterion of Van der Veen and the Rigidity method. |
