Resumo: The main objective of this work is to approximate the dialogical bias statement by Russian thinker Mikhail Bakhtin of the works of the Italian-American composer Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. In this sense, I generally conceptualized dialogism pointing, then, several examples in classical music and Brazilian popular music. Chosen as the corpus of the research the cycle for choir and guitar Romancero gitano op. 152 based on poems Poema del cante jondo book by Spanish artist Federico Garcia Lorca. The book of Lorca resulted of a research on Andalusian folk songs performed with the composer Manuel de Falla. After reviewing several works by Castelnuovo-Tedesco, besides reading biographies, excerpts from an autobiography and articles handle the composer himself, concluded that the Tedesco opus is genuinely imbued with the dialogism. I proceeded then to verification of affinity between the writings of Lorca, the composer Manuel de Falla and his mentor Felipe Pedrell, besides the writings of the Florentine composer and together with a musical analysis, I show that the tedesciano cycle promotes a resounding tribute to the music and Spanish culture.
