Resumo: The following research proposes an opening to a landscaping overview on the incorporation and representation of real places through game engines applications for experimentation in Virtual Reality spaces. Based on theoretical research, virtuality is explored as an operator of space-time differentiated control logics, which, combined with a repertoire of landscape theories, allows the establishment of a dialogue interface between virtual counterparts and their real referents, to be explored in an experimental methodological approach. The sequence of chapters aims to explore into technological mediation in Heritage and Architecture and Urbanism visualization, with the purpose of a reflection on the potential of immersive experience and gaming environments, evoking new visibilities and instigating other possibilities for preservation, apprehension, access, and communication of technologically mediated places. The landscape is explored as a reflection on the construction of reality, ways of seeing, and social dynamics and imaginaries instauration that shape the world and inscribe themselves in space. Therefore, this study includes two experiments that cover the temporality of landscape and an immersive walk.
