Resumo: | This study aims to identify factors associated with victimization intrafamily addressed to children and adolescents, as well as check for subjective conceptions surrounding it, which, often, have hampered the work of the governmental institutions of formal intervention. The study of sexual violence, physical, psychological and neglect perpetrated against children by family members was based on Multidimensional Theory, which allows interactive analysis with macro and micro surrounding it, full of "concepts" that cross cultural and sociological for example, the patriarchal conception, by the division of family roles and exercise, thedesign of the home is a private place and untouchable by habitus and reproduction (structured not only within the family but also the systems that they are exogenous - the example of social vulnerability). Qualitative research for content analysis was made in civil judicial proceedings in a district court of eastern Minas Gerais, which allowed an analysis of the problem from actual cases. Fieldwork was conducted in 61 lawsuits (totaling over 4000 pages), was found a total of 124 victims abused by at least one member of the family. Among the four types of abuse, neglectprevailed over all others, for a total of 106 records (56.7%), followed by 40 cases of psychological violence (21.4%), 26 cases of sexual violence (8%) and 15 reports of physical violence (13.8%). The socio-cultural conceptions are infiltrated, even so underlying issues related to family violence, whether in the relationship between family members, whether inrelation to public intervention. |
