This work has as theorist reference the psichoanalysis and call to investigate the school violence as a new symptom of student failure. For this investigate the education experience between young in the city of Belo Horizonte, which failure for the own violence manifestation. The experience is considered innovator for educational public politician dedicate to young, for affirm the education as a law in integral time but failure in your function of transmission. As from offer of world the young students this public school, localized in area of social vulnerability, utilizing conversation mechanism, we sought to learn with this young student , which they have to tell about this situation. Utilizing the symptom of conception, as a manifestation that talks about subject indisposition in reporting a culture of your time, the work sought to locate the points of condensation this indisposition during the conversations. The conversation was made with people that nobody want to talk: the hooligans , the impetuous, the riotous. Students that doesnt involve with gangs and drug traffic, but commit violen acts. The work show us that the young refusal the necessity speech, of vulnerability and of dweller in a slum. Refusal for own acts a educational project that intensify the identification received in social, that speak of them like bandit , dweller in a slum and runabout. Show us that their wish was for a school which satisfy the function of teach them and was a space of support in this times of life in that real sexy is a of subject. For the public politician demonstrates that the excess of knowledge segregates the subject of the educational projects in the way of young.
