Resumo: | The research project aims to analyze how is the work process in relation to the organic nature of the project and the process of teaching and learning for workers in the following recyclables in Greater Belo Horizonte-MG, whose guideline work organization Popular Economy Solidarity. The focus of the work is to verify how the training has contributed to the practice of workers selfmanagement and, if there is any relationship of training for the permanence of these workers in the current economic system. In addition, the survey sought to identify in practice workers, members of an economic enterprise solidarity, what approach and the distancing of capitalist practice. The survey was conducted in Coopersoli - Barreiro, which is located in Belo Horizonte - MG, in their workspaces and training. The methods used were observation, semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The survey results led us to realize that popular solidarity economy is being gestated by solidary economic enterprises. The challenges and limitations encountered by workers and trainers in Popular Solidarity Economy are many, especially with regard to the practice of selfmanagement, therefore, implies not only technical, but experiences which no one learns inserted into the capitalist system, which is in its essence usurper, coercive and individualistic. However, workers Coopersoli have shown a potential for organizational development and training that combines technical development and political workers, within the principles of an economy that excels in self-management. |
