Resumo: | This work have as objective to present the future public servantperformance avaliation institute foreseen in the Politic Letter by forceof Constitucional Emendation number 19/98, in discussion at thismoment in the National Congress - Complementary Bill number248/98. The performance avaliation will be developed in the cenaryof Human Recurses now praticed by Public Administration and thisapproach will request a critic and interdisciplinary appreciation ableto reveal its real bounderies and possibilities of creation of thatspecialized institute. By the way, it was not abandoned theverification the waited content of the certificate but will be also madeevident the public servant garantees in presence of the exercise ofthe disciplined power of efficience. This work will also present themultiple and influent varieties that determinate the acquisition ofefficience in performance at the public service iDut which aren'tincluded in that projet yet. |
