Resumo: From the second half of the twentieth century, information technology has brought a revolution in the forms and methods through which information is generated, stored, processed and transmitted. In this context, emerged the hypertexts, a new way of structuring the information, which seeks to have the information in a similar way as they are arranged in memory of the users. They are composed of nodes and links. As a way of structuring the information non-linear and fragmented, the hypertext can cause to user some disorientation in its navigation. This work aims to analyze the determination of relationships between concepts of hypertext links, based on thematic treatment of the theoretical principles of Information and Library Science. The theoretical foundation highlighted the similarities between the architecture of the information in hypertexts and procedures for organizing information. It was chosen to make use of the theory of the concept as the foundation to the determination ofrelationships between links. Methodologically, an exploratory and qualitative approach was used. As universe of study for application of the theory of the concept, a sample of links MHTX, the prototype developed by the teacher Dr. Gercina Lima, was used and tested. After analysis and proposal of new relationships for the used sample, the contributions of the theory of concept for the process of architecture information in hypertexts showed up: the largest number of relationships between concepts provided the architecture more comfortable, the process of labeling of links become more clear, and the choice of the appropriate relationship went through a return to the context of the link and the definition of the expression of the concept. At last it was noted that the process of organizing information - through the theory of concept - provides theoretical contributions that make explicit the systematization ofconcepts, as it has in memory of the users of the hypertext.
