The study searches to apprehend the construction of the pertaining to school community, watching possibilities and limits for the implantation of pedagogical proposals in public schools, analyzing two Units of Teaching of the municipal net, specifically, the Unidade Integrada Luís Viana and the Unidade Integrada Major José Augusto Mochel, located, respectively, in the urban polar region and in the rural polar region. In the aiming of the chapters, we looked for to delimit landmarks of references for one better theoretical understanding of the reflected categories, establishing indicators that they allowed an adequate reading of the studies cases. In this way, we always looked for make articulations with the pertaining to school community, searching to understand level and the forms of its sharing in the quarrel, constructions and directed decisions in the school. The work also evidences conditions and conductions directed to the construction of collectivity, pointing that the possibilities go extending to the measure that the pertaining to school community goes having conscience of its political paper in the implantation of educative proposals that make possible greater quality of education and smaller social exclusion.
