Resumo: |
The thesis is devoted to the study of the effects of the Lorentz symmetry violation in two cases: The first one is realized in mesonic atoms with the aim to find upper-bounds for the Lorentz-violating parameters. The second case the canonical structure and the dispersion relations of Maxwell electrodynamics modified by a higher-derivative term. The first objective is achieved using scalar quantum electrodynamics (SQED) with Lorentz-violating nonminimal couplings applied to the proton-meson system. To find the upper-bounds we use data obtained from measurements in the pionic and/or kaonic atoms. In the second task we investigated the canonical structure of CPT-even electrodynamics composed the Maxwell term and a higherderivative term by a tensor. This electrodynamics recovers the Podolsky electrodynamics when the tensor Minkowski metric. The analysis is performed by choosing some convenient configurations for the Lorentz-violating tensor. |
