Resumo: Research on a Music Education project that links the opera performance and the integration between Music and the other arts of the curricular component Art. Gesamtkunstwerk leads us to the operatic inspirations of the spectacle Ópera Serra da Capivara - PI through the Total Art of Richard Wagner, while the Epilogue of the Patria Cycle leads us to perceive the comprehensiveness of languages in Music Education through Murray Schafer's Theater of Confluence. Therefore, it is proposed to understand the intrinsic dialogues between artwork and education in the search to expand the possibilities of musical education. It is opted for an applied research, regarding the exploratory objectives and referring to the approach of the problem as qualitative. During the investigation, the technical procedures were those of action research. Then, it was realized the feasibility of integration between languages in music classes. Therefore, the research enables contributions to education and makes it possible to use it in other educational institutions, which opens the way for future investigations.
