Resumo: This work has as its starting point the reality of deaf people who are interested in training in Literature. Considering that the Letras-Libras course and other Literature courses have received many deaf people with an interest in training in Linguistics, there is a need for a linguistic instrument that seeks access and inclusion of these individuals in the course and in the discussion of areas in the field of Linguistics. In this direction, repertorial genres, such as glossaries and dictionaries, are an important path. Assessing the importance of digital glossaries and dictionaries for the professional training of deaf subjects, this work considers digital repertoire genres as an inclusion tool. Therefore, the general objective of the work is to develop a semi-bilingual multimodal glossary of Linguistics in Libras for the northeast region of Brazil, aiming at the inclusion and formation of a community of deaf specialists in the field of Linguistics. The research also aims to present the methodology for collecting and presenting term signs in the area of Linguistics in a multimodal glossary with an entry consisting of information in Portuguese, equivalence in Libras in image form, place where the sign is used, video link on a specific channel on the YouTube platform and QR code. To support this work, theoretical assumptions from the field of Terminology were used, specifically the Communicative Theory of Terminology (Krieger and Finatto, 2021; Cabré, 1999; Barros, 2004), some glossary/signal models of technical terms in Libras ( Stumpf, 2005; Ribeiro, 2013; Santos, 2017), in addition to bringing the notion of discursive community (Swales, 1990). The methodology used was bibliographic and field in nature. The research corpus was collected in 3 (three) ways: filtering texts in the area of Linguistics published between 2010-2022 in the AntConc computer program to select the most recurring terms; manual choice of terms from the Linguistics dictionary (printed version), Dubois (2014); and the online dictionary of the Institute of Theoretical and Computational Linguistics – ILTEC. In total, 80 terms were selected to collect the term signs used by the interviewees. To this end, interviews were carried out with professional Libras Translators and Interpreters trained in the Libras-Libras course and/or who work in the Libras-Libras course and deaf subjects trained in the Libras-Libras course from all states in the northeast region of the country. . From 80 (eighty) terms, 286 (two hundred and eighty-six) term signs were collected. All signs will make up the multimodal glossary of term signs of Linguistics in Libras, entitled “Glossary of Linguistics in Libras: Mãos Nordestinas”. Therefore, the results show that Linguistics terminologies in Libras are made up of many signs and that denominational and conceptual diversity is a reality, which encourages the expansion of research and discussions in the area of Sign Language, to support other research with the focus on expanding the lexicon.
