Resumo: |
As they play a significant role in the country's technological development, Brazilian universities stand out as the largest depositors of technological assets. And giving visibility to these assets to companies, public agencies and organizations is na important factor for the transfer of these technologies. The objective of the study is to develop a Technological Showcase for the dissemination of Intellectual Property (IP) for academic-company integration through the UFMA Technological Innovation Center. The methodology adopted was exploratory and descriptive research with a qualitative approach, direct observations were made of the characteristics of the windows of other institutions, in the portfolio of technologies protected by UFMA and meetings with the managers of the field of study. The field chosen was the Coordination of Patent Prospecting and Writing (CPRP) and the Coordination of Technology Transfer, Training and Diffusion (CTCD) sectors of the Research and Technological Innovation Directorate (DPIT) of the Agency for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Research, Post -Graduation and Internationalization of UFMA (AGEUFMA). The development of the UFMA Technologies Showcase was possible from the identification of IP assets and the analysis of the actions developed to disclose these assets in the institution. Of the 345 IP assets deposited and/or registered by the Institution in the period between April 2009 and December 2021, 210 are patent applications, 119 computer program registrations, 8 trademark registrations and 8 industrial design registrations. The Showcase was organized by brand categories; patent; industrial design and computer program and by technological area, as well as links such as “Talk to us” that enable greater interaction between the sector and those interested in technologies. The website was tested and evaluated with the managers of AGEUFMA and master's students of PROFNIT focal point UFMA, through the application of a questionnaire prepared on Google, with a total of 33 respondents. After the test, the technological showcase website proved to be an easy-to-use tool, visually well organized, with an attractive layout and that reached the objective for which it was developed, to enable greater visibility to the Intellectual Property assets developed and protected by UFMA. |
