The present work proposes a digital communication manual as an auxiliary tool in the guidelines aimed at digital social media of the Military Police of Maranhão (PMMA). It is considered that digital media reorganize existing forms of communication and expand human relationships. The general objective is to contribute with the necessary guidelines for the work of the military police who operate on the social media pages of the Military Police Units of the PMMA, guaranteeing greater quality in the communication process through actions that expand access and communication with their audiences. The epistemological model used was the interpretative paradigm accompanied by the qualitative approach. Bibliographical research was adopted. The data collection instrument was observation. As a final product of the research, a manual is presented whose purpose is an effective communication of the PMMA, regarding relationships in the digital environment and thus, organize the corporation's social media. |
