Resumo: | This paper intends to describe some environmental management actions developed at UFLA, from A3P's perspective, and to analyze the administrative structure of UFLA for the articulation of environmental management. For this, the research, characterized by a qualitative approach, used as a method the documentary analysis, being chosen the following documents: the Institutional Development Plan of UFLA (PDI / UFLA 2011 -2015), a text on environmental management written by UFLA, and also the Internal Regulation of the Environment Directorate (DMA / UFLA). Subsequently, keyword searches were carried out on the news page of the UFLA institutional site. The terms researched were "Environmental Management" and those that name each of the five thematic axes of the A3P. On the UFLA news page we obtained articles only with the search of the terms "Environmental Management" and "Awareness and qualification of the servers". The other data on the environmental management actions in UFLA related to the thematic axes of the A3P and its administrative structure were obtained from the mentioned documents. The environmental management actions developed by UFLA that can be aligned with some of the thematic axes of the A3P focused on the first two axes: rational use of natural resources and public goods and adequate management of waste generated. However, in the three remaining axes (quality of life in the work environment, awareness raising and qualification of the servers and sustainable biddings) little or nothing was found. As for the formation of the administrative structure of UFLA for the promotion of environmental management according to the principles of sustainability, the creation of the Environment Directorate (DMA) began in 2008. Regarding the structure and administrative actions, there was no evidence of environmental management as participatory public management. |
