Resumo: The cultivar 'Folha de Figo' has as a hindrance of production the discord, which among many reasons, can be caused by the excess of vigor coming from the rootstock. The use of rootstock is among the numerous cultural techniques, but it is important to know the influence that the graft exerts under the cultivar canopy. The Clone 13 'Paco' was selected and registered for not to dislocate, besides being a productive clone, without losing the quality. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of the rootstock "RR 101-14 Millardet de Grasset", "1103 Paulsen" and "IAC 572 Jales", with different levels of vigor, in the productivity, grape composition and grape juice quality of the Clone 13 'Paco' of Vitis labrusca cultivar "Folha de Figo‟. The experiment was conducted under field conditions, at the Technological Center EPAMIG Grape and Wine, in Caldas, MG, in 2016 and 2017 production cycles. The design was completely randomized, with five replicates per treatment, eight plants being evaluated per replicate. Evaluation of bud fertility, yield parameters (number of clusters per plant, number of berries per cluster, cluster mass, berries mass and mean yield production), vigor (weight of pruning material and Ravaz index), grape composition (pH, total soluble solids, total acidity and phenolic compounds), leaf area and reserve compounds (starch quantification in the roots) and grape juice composition (pH, total soluble solids, volatile acidity, phenolic compounds, mineral elements and color index). The experiment was submitted to a 5% Tukey test. Although the influence of rootstocks was not significant in relation to mean yield production, the Clone 13 'Paco' / IAC 572 influenced improvements in grape quality and grape juice quality, without coulure.
