This inquiryinclude the study of the administrative practice of an Association of small husbandmen located inthe State of RioGrande do Sul. Ifs sought himself to redeem the origin andthe trajectory ofthe Association andto describe yourprocess ofmanagement with base in three basic elements: Administrative Structure, Co-ordination of the process of work and control of the recourses. With base in testimonies, in the observation and in the valorization of the participation of the social factores, waspossible toapprehend satisfactorily how agroup of the husbandmen created an organization which carried them surmount a situation of the crisis. This also proportioned a loyal description of "manner of manage" the Association. Between other things, the study evidenced which the husbandmen were capable of: search collectivity a solution por your common problems; of "to place on the march" a collective project of conceive and administrative and functional and democratic estructure; of proposed gestures, transformed in financial recourdes; of to conceive and to operate tools of organization and the control of recourses and of to articulate external accessories.
