Resumo: | The agro-industries annually produce large amounts of by-product whose value is minimal or nil. Currently it is known that only a small part is reused for direct feeding to animals. Given that these subprodudos contain important nutrients and bioactive compounds, are proposed some alternative ways to use those products, particularly for the agro-industry. This by-products management strategy, beyond strongly value a by-product, is significantly reduced the resulting pollutant load agroindustrial activity. Thus, the use of underutilized resources, in order to increase productivity and create wealth, you need to earn, increasingly greater attention. The level of Minas Gerais, the most important sectors are the biofuels, olive oil, fruit and vegetables. Given this promising market, this study characterized the food by-products with the greatest environmental, social and economic impact by digestibility and examination of tilapia performance Nile, fed diets with replacement of corn and soybeans by agro-products (Castor Oil, Olive and Passion Fruit), chemical and digestive enzymes. |
