Resumo: | Despite all the social, political and economic achievements of the feminist movements, women still live in conditions of oppression that are worthy of the colonial period. Regardless of occupations, social levels and ages, violence and discrimination are present in women's daily lives. Agroecology, when considering all components of the production system can contribute to give visibility to women's work. Thus, in the agro-ecological field, women would be subjects of their own existence and valued subaltern knowledge. However, because we are part of a patriarchal society in which coloniality predominates, it is necessary to denaturalize and give visibility to the processes that permeate the achievements of women within this movement. In this context, this work sought to understand how the struggles and the trajectory of feminism in the agro-ecological field are configured. To do so, through documentary research, data and information regarding the feminist debate in the agroecological field were collected and four interviews were also conducted with women who are part of the coordination of the National Articulation of Agroecology and the Brazilian Association of Agroecology. From the content generated by the interviews and documents, the analysis of the data was carried out through the analysis of thematic content. With the analysis of the interviews and based on other researches already done, such as Siliprandi's doctoral thesis (2015), it was possible to perceive that, although a large part of the agroecological experiences are developed by women, gender inequalities also reproduce in the agroecological field. Thus, women are shouting "Without feminism there is no agroecology" as a way to be heard and to open space for discussion to women sensitive issues, in an environment where the patriarchy dictates norms and machismo is the rule. |
