O he Building Operation, Use and Maintenance Manual (MUOMEs), also known as the also known as the Owner's Manual, is the document that contains the information to guide the activities inherent in the performance and conservation of the building. building. The construction industry has shown great evolution in its building construction techniques, but the manuals delivered to users are and often overly technical in their language. The aim of this work is to establish guidelines for the preparation of manuals and proposing improvements based on the evaluation of MUOMEs from and construction companies in the state of Goiás in terms of compliance with the minimum minimum recommendations set out in the Brazilian regulatory standards ABNT NBR 14037:2014; ABNT NBR 15575:2013; ABNT NBR 5674:2012. The chosen were case studies. The results of the research were verified the percentage of compliance of the MUOMES with the requirements established in compliance with the specified standards and guidelines were established manuals and proposals for improvements.
