Resumo: |
This thesis presents our journey by the theories of communication and citizenship, with the adoption of netnographic methods and analysis of the content, in search of identification within the UFG public group of some debate, interaction, meaning and ownership of citizenship by its members. Through the group's daily monitoring of your posts and interactions, following the conceptual notes of authors such as Curtain (2005), Carvalho (2012), Souza (2012), Recuero (2009), Kozinets (2014), Primo (20011 ) among many others, we seek to answer three questions that shaped our goals: There are between posts held in the group some interaction when there are issues related to citizenship? In the posts, (if they occur) that address this issue, which citizenship of the element can be more easily evidenced? Between members some attempt, when citizenship is in debate, to extrapolate online interactions for the environment offline? After collecting and analyzing all the material produced by the group in a time frame of two weeks, and the confrontation with all the theories presented herein, we have achieved answers, not yet definitively because the dynamics of the field and the limitations of the research, satisfied our concerns. The public group UFG was shown as a community that produces some level of debate on citizenship, which is able to mobilize at times to produce actions also offline and, what is more important, able to create opportunities speak space for individuals who want to speak on this subject. |
