This thesis analyze the way museums sited on the town of Goiás (GO), registered as World Heritage by UNESCO in 2001, are articulated on the city discursive heritage network. For this is developed a contextualization from the historical and cultural heritage from the town, for the learning of the context where the Goiás museums were created and their relations with the local population, understanding the forms of appropriation of the cultural heritage as well as the distances produced by the museums and heritage polices. For the analysis of such questions, was created the idea of “museological system”, that turned possible to analyze and learn the cultural and heritage system that had subjected to themselves, the musealisation process and the creation of the Goiás (GO) museums.
