Resumo: |
This dissertation presents a historical discussion about social security and labor reforms in Brazil, showing the loss of workers rights and the crisis of the public social security system. It emphasizes the need to plan alternatives to supplement retirement and the importance of the citizen to measure his her desires and needs. An investment study will be built with an emphasis on Real Estate Investment Funds. At the end, simulations will be built, showing that it is possible to build equity and a retirement supplement by investing low percentages of salary in real estate funds. Given the current scenario where teaching will be conducted by the common national curriculum base in which the teachings will be based on skills and abilities, this work can be used by high school teachers as a formative itinerary that allows the student to deepen their knowledge in one or more areas knowledge of your interest, in this case in nancial mathematics. |
