Resumo: |
Inequalities from capitalist ways of production suppose a bigger reproduction together with the social relationships not capitalistic. The fields in the country have been one of those places where it is possible to observe this phenomenon, taking into consideration the help each other practice, the accessorial work and the socialization of the country man. This research is based on the study of the public policies concerning the small plantations in the state of Goiás, through its results, difficulties and barriers since its importance is not always too clear for those that establish the laws – understanding this fact in relation to the option for conservative modernization that comes from the historical process of agricultural field ordering set up in the seventies. According to small harvest in Mara Rosa de Goiás, we analyzed small plantations from their own ways of production, identifying its limits due to the government non assistance; the difficulties farmers have to overcome to be able to grow and to keep the land useful. For that, it was tried to approach to the reality through close daily experiences to the saffron producers, its process, business, cultural, social and political environment to better understand the State function or lack of it through public policies. |
