Resumo: |
This dissertation discusses the work Festspielmusik (2003) for two pianos and percussion written by Brazilian composer s Ronaldo Miranda (1948). A historical contextualization provided the information pertinent survey of Ronaldo Miranda s trajectories vital and compositional. The article discusses the analogy between the mechanism of the piano (struck string instrument) and percussion instruments (idiophone with definite pitch). A detailed analysis of the Festpielmusik s compositional process suggested parameters for interpreting the work in question. And also were developed two tables (in annex), the first shows a listing of pieces written for piano and percussion from the twentieth century and the second lists the works of Ronaldo Miranda, with informations from the site (www.ronaldomiranda.com) and the Brazilian Academy of Music. The manuscript score and a CD containing the recording of Festspielmusik are also included. The conclusion points to a representativeness of Festspielmusik in the contemporary scene of the Brazilian Chamber Music and evidencing the relevance and spread of the composer Ronaldo Miranda. |
