Resumo: | Nowadays, even with the advent of the management systems in the fields of health and safety at work, it s stili possible to identify a high levei of work accidents and diseases, mainly in the service providers. The object of investigation of this work is focused on outsourcing, which wiii be detailed with priority, and we iI try to find out, in its meander (complexity), the reflexions on the accidentability profile, between standard company workers and contracted workers, as welI as the perception between them in relation to health and physical integrity preservation at working environment. To broach these subjects, we adopted the case-study method, which we used characters concerning quality and quantity. The one s concerning quality correspond to the information developed with the workers analyzed, and those concerning quantity, we focus our attention on the data collected from the companies where we have done the work. This way, based on the field research and bibliography references, this work reveals that if the outsourcing applied by the companies means larger profit, in the other way, for the operation, when the outsourcing is not weII done, it turns to be a detrimental source, for heaith and.safety at work, for the workers involved. |
