Berry e Valerie A. Zeithaml. The purpose of this study was to evaluate if the use of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration of Software) on the system project s development of technology management which integrates and optimizes business processes at the company, results on the improvement of the applications development in organizations that work and make use of software technologies, perception of developer groups, and if integrated and optimized business processes which use systems developed and implemented with the use of CMMI present excellence in quality, in the quality perception by system users. |
