Resumo: This research named Sexuality...Teacher that silences not always consents , was developed by Katia Krepsky Valladares, during her Master Science in Education, at Universidade Federal Fluminense, inserted in the sphere of the Language, Subjectivity and Culture Field. It s a qualitative research, which purpose is to investigate the achievement (or not) of what establish the National Curricular Parameters as for Sexual Orientation and the transversal approach in the schools. Our main goal was to evaluate if and how the sexuality is being approached in public schools at Região Oceânica in Niterói (RJ). It s important to understand what perception the students and teachers have in the current situation of Sexual Orientation in the investigated schools. We intend to know how the school, represented by the teachers, have dealed with the human sexuality, and how the adolescents of the scholar population have assimilated those informations. Sexuality is an extremely important aspect in the global formation of the people, it can t be ignored or denied. In the case of the adolescents, the sexual experiences are hardly planned. Usually they happen without some basic cares. So we need a little more acknowledge about the mechanisms created by the school to deal with the adolescent s sexuality.
