Resumo: | This study has a goal of searching management practices that drives to a better alignment from Human Resources Area (HR) to the strategies from the Research and Development Center of Petrobras, since 2005. The need of a strategic model for HR management was analyzed empirically, through the theoretical model of Ulrich (2001), that seeks the strategic model which leads to the change process. The research was developed in the form of a case study, of qualitative nature, seeking a plan of actions that could be appropriate. The used theoretical model was the one of Eden & Huxmam (1996), the research-action. It was chosen by the consideration of their two objectives: the research, to increase the researcher and client s understanding. Although not all of the stages have already been concluded, it has already been possible to evidence that the chosen model are leading HR to a more strategic performance, demanding from the HR managers and team, special attention in the follow-up of the stages in process, so that, in the future it could be possible to get the target |
