Specifically, this research also assesses whether the degree of satisfaction of these workers is influenced by their educational level. As a methodological option and bibliographic and documentary research, we used empirical research characterized as exploratory-descriptive case study, with the participation of 92 workers. The results are consistent with published reports which claim that job satisfaction is a multidimensional phenomenon, and that the levels of worker satisfaction may vary depending on the different aspects of the organizational context. In this case, workers reported that they have a good level of overall satisfaction, with very positive indices for the following organizational variables: valuation and recognition, development, teamwork, leadership, organizational image, clarity of goals, work itself, working conditions, sector capacity and general satisfaction.
