Resumo: | This research was recently realized to investigate and analyze, the leadership profile of the main executives in the included companies in the Law Sarbanes Oxley Act 2002 and Robert E. Kelley for the followers (Followership), and the followers under the same law, by the models developed by Kouzes and Posner for leadership. The research was carried through on the basis of the profile of leadership and followers of the selected companies, as well as in the level of adhesion of these companies to the devices of established controls and corporative governance of Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002. The objectives of the work had been: (1) to identify in which company (s) the implementation of the controls was faster in function of its profile of leadership; (2) to verify if the companies who had implemented established controls had one more quickly raised responsability on the part of its followers; (3) to conclude on the hypotheses raised for the aiming of the work, making a comparison it enters some sectors of the stock market that emit stock in Wall Street and Nasdaq. |
