Resumo: | With the intention to present the logistic structure of distribution of uniforms in the scope of the Navy of Brazil, being analyzed and identifying the element-key of the Canal of Distribution of this category of material, this study it fell again on the job of the concepts of Combinatorial Optimization, more properly the models of Routing and Programming de Vehicles with vast theoretical refer. The current model of distribution of uniforms is devoid of the structure and the necessary planning to the conduction of the Politics of Supplies contained in the norms of the Navy. For this reason, the main focus was the development of a structure adjusted to these conditions. Currently, the Canal of Distribution is composed for elements distributed for the Country, being responsible for retail systematic. The ranks of distribution and orders are the basic elements of this system, where the uniform is destined to the final consumer, the military man. Of beginning, this study it longed for to reach all the 25 existing ranks for the construction of a model. However, the distinct characteristics between the situated elements of distribution in Rio de Janeiro and excessively in other states had made with that it had the division of these variables. Thus, the study Metropolitan of the Rio turned itself toward the structure of distribution in urban ways of the Region, reducing the size of the problem for the four ranks of bigger demand. It was looked, thus, to establish a structure for the distribution in deals, a time that the current model is devoid of planning and appropriate resources. The visualization of graphs was integrant part of the modeling involving routing, being applied distances and demands between we selected to be studied. However, face to the characteristics of complexity (NP-hard) of these models, used computational package, LINDO 6.1, and did not allow extending the number of factors in analysis, due to extreme demand of time for the simulation of the variable and the involved restrictions. Finally, the gotten results had demonstrated to be possible to carry through improvements in the existing model, a time that the final modeling established possible structural conditions of application in a real situation |
