Resumo: | This research aims to present a case study conducted in a Brazilian company of "Energy", to identify critical factors in the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems in HSE's, point of view of managers of managers contracting Construction and Assembling industry services for petroleum refining. Due to the high competitiveness required by the oil industry, concern about the internal processes of these companies is something primal. To achieve the objective of the study were applied specific questionnaires and interviews in environment of study objective, which brought to light the main factors critical to implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System in HSE, point of view of managers contracting Construction and Assembling services. Among the critical factors identified, there was a predominance over those associated with planning, training of professionals, lack of culture in companies in relation to HSE management, and even the excess of sub-systems for monitoring management system integrated in QHSE. It was concluded that there is a representative number (about thirty-three percent (33%) of all items in the questionnaire "final" applied) of critical factors that can influence the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System in QHSE . It was also evidence the need that various "actors" involved in implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems in QHSE help to minimize the impacts of the critical factors identified in this study, through a work based on a planning integrated through building of work teams focused on one goal. |
