Resumo: | This work has for objective, to discourse and to deepen some of the aspects that involve theplanning tool called: "Business Plan . In its development elaboration, execution and control of the "Business Plan" will be distinguished as its constituent parts. Questioning also if it is critical factor of enterprise success. The Bibliographical Revision is based on national works, as well as foreign works. Being a very long theme, the main focus of the research is on the Micron and Small Companies residents in the Incubators of Rio de Janeiro: UFF, UFFRJ, PUC/RJ, UFRJ, CEFET/Maracanã, IPF/UERJ/Friburgo and SERRASOFT. The results reached by questionnaires, in association with notes taken off from the interviews, were tabulated and treated. The aiming of this study, directed toward to the incubated enterprises, keeps relation with researches realized by SEBRAE, talking about mortality s rate of these types of companies. According to that Institution, the mortality s rate of the Micron and Small Brazilian Companies, have been remained in raised numbers. But when companies are incubated, the results are not the same. Two factors seem to contribute for the increase of the success rate, and consequently for the reduction of the mortality s rate of the Micron and Small Companies, they are: The existing environment in the Incubators of Companies (infrastructure and other benefits) and the obrigatoriness, in the great majority of the cases, of presenting a "Business Plan". This observation motivated the present research, that is, forgetting the environment factor (most favorable conditions to the business development) existing in the Incubator. It remains the following challenge: Does the "Business Plan , elaborated, executed and controlled conveniently, become a critical factor of success? |
