Resumo: | Throughout the time, the area of human resources comes looking for half of if adjusting to the constant evolutions. They formulate strategies and so that they are communicated of efficient form, inserted in organizacional culture, it is necessary adequate canals so that the communication is efficient between the organizations levels. This studies intended to contribute so that the use of the qualified information and the knowledge in the organization environment is extended, signaling elements pointers of a good internal communication. This objective was reached choosing itself the most efficient canals, inside of the context of the organizacional culture, through bibliographical research and qualitative research of field, identifying the canals used for the organizations levels in public companies and private. The choice of the adequate canal is so strategical how much the proper strategy: either with the use of the Internet, the Intranet, the meetings or the direct action in the leadership exercise, or conviviality with the partners, demonstrates that not to know what to communicate, it is necessary to know for which canal to communicate |
