Resumo: | This research is intended to understand the production process educational concepts through the analysis of some cartoons which have the school environment as its dominant theme. Nine contemporary-brazilian educational cartoons were picked out. The study was based on the theoretical Discourse Analysis fundaments elaborated by Michel Pêcheux in France, and later on developed by Eni Orlandi as well as other researchers in Brazil. The analysis clearly demonstrates that there is a considerable resistance work which opposes to a unialteral reading concerning school events in the country. This located resistance work comes into play by using silence and humour which enables a work based on the desestabilization of the senses thus inevitably leading to other possibilities. Taking into consideration the fact that the subject and the meaning mutually constitute themselves, the subject-positions represented in the cartoons were highlighted as well as the teacher-subject positon, family-subject position and student-subject position. Finally, it was observed that the silence and humour work together with the market dynamics play important roles regarding the subjects in the school environment. |
