Resumo: | This research aims to investigate the practices of the Sustainable Management, in especial, related to the characteristics that defines the Human Sustainability. Inside of this context, the study tried to understand the conceptual questions concerning the Conscience Levels and the Moral Development Stages referring to People Management in Brazilian Organizations. The strategy applied to the qualitative nature was the descriptive method based on bibliographical research as well case study. In addition, a questionnaire was applied to the technicals and managers from the specific Technical Directory of a Federal Public Autarchy. The research was realized through a form that contains the aspects of the behavior, relationship and the intrinsic values related to the subject. Therefore, the results were the relation between the originally concepts of the bibliography research and the perception of the Sustainability Human concept proceeding from the application of the questionnaire. Finally, the study based on the interviewed groups prove the convergence and the divergence, in the organization s point of view, related to the Sustainable Human People Management, in conformity of the standards established in the research |
