Resumo: | Inserted in a turbulent environment, organizations need to know their core competencies and organizational capabilities, and its role in the external environment to survive. While the earnings of the organization and its demand for information technology increases, investing in information technology does not grow at the same rate, justifying the search for efficiency and effectiveness in its use and management of their processes. The process Outsourcing Services Information Technology should consider this dynamic and complex and therefore must be able to detect the signals strengths and weaknesses of this environment. The strategy should serve as a guideline for the governance of Information Technology. This alignment must be established through a number of initiatives to ensure that the structuring effective and efficient management of these resources in Information Technology. Many companies have looked at outsourcing the work force they need to cope with the effort required for this service. However, the decision to adopt or not, outsourcing is a critical process that influences the success or failure of the outsourcing process. This study proposes to examine the decision-making aspects that lead organizations to outsource their IT departments through a literature review. Through the relationship of these aspects and management model eSCM, a detail survey in an energy company in order to determine which aspects prioritized by an energy company and which areas of knowledge of the eSCM model would have prioritized their deployment in time to outsource some process of IT. |
