Resumo: | Failures in design documents are one of the major problems in Project buildings causing reworks, delays, ineffectiveness besides environment and safety impacts. So, develop of a method to reach warranty in document design of subsea pipeline system is the objective of this job, from the process quality control to perform them. Though, a statistical process method can be used to obtain a quality assurance system as a basic design focus to represent a structural means to study the results of them to make solutions about the occurred problems in order to realize some kind of studies to make comparisons and take managing decisions to improve processes and products. Then, a case study was established to reach the defined objective to apply in underwater pipelines to transport oil and gas fluids enterprise (Petrobras), involving the Marine Branch of Petrobras Engineering Division and some of your interfaces, covering engineering services in the field to get an excellence in basic design pipelines as a reference to:  Design process development mapping and its interfaces;  Quality Assurance Design System in Execution (E)/Verification(V)/Approval(A), with reduced risks of technical errors;  Monitoring and controlling of the productive processes based ABNT ISO 9001:2000 standard (8.2.3 and 8.2.4 items);  Continuous follow up of the process in design documents suppliers, using quality control techniques;  Implement a quality control system at suppliers as a method to obtain source inspection and quality assurance;  Design documents quality assurance at Petrobras Engineering. |
