IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA NORMA NBR ISO/IEC 17025: uma proposta para reduzir o tempo de acreditação

Resumo: | The present work was developed with the goal of proposing actions to eliminate or to reduce difficulties of the main causes found by the laboratories in adhering to the requisites of norm NBR ISO/IEC 17025 and, with that, make possible accreditation time reduction. The object of the study, in this case, was the quality of the calibration laboratory administration system, inside the accreditation context defined by Cgcre/Inmetro. Accordance with conclusions made by experts in quality, that are worldwide recognized by theirs research in quality system of several organizations and accordance with the experience of the author in the accreditation procedure and assessment of laboratory quality system, it may be affirmed that the faulty of laboratory quality system are related to lack of management commitment. With the purpose of establishing an investigation to prove the relation among the accreditation time, the faulty of laboratory quality system and the lack of management commitment, it was established an analyze of cause of difficulties encountered by laboratories during the accreditation process carried out by Cgcre/Inmetro. To conduct this analyze of cause, data was raised by means of the field and documents research. The collected data in this research (Chapter 4) were analyzed and interpreted in accordance with the dynamic analyses of faulty of the laboratory quality system (Chapter 5). The obtained results confirmed the established suppositions in this work (Chapter 1). A top level administrator, that is responsible for the control s main mechanisms of quality system (critical analysis by management and internal audit), was considering the origin of the difficulties found by the laboratories in implementing quality system, in conformity with the norms of NBR ISO/IEC 17025. To assist the laboratories administration reduce the imperfections of the system, that consequently contributed to the accreditation time reduction deemed necessary by Inmetro, an actions plan was defined to eliminate or to reduce the found causes (Chapter 6). |
