Resumo: | This Research Report addresses the issue of violence against women as a locus of study with the Center for Reference and Assistance to Women - CRAM - Cabo Frio. Its objective is to obtain general support for the preparation of public policies for addressin addressing violence against g women. And as objectives to identify the profile of women seeking services provided by CRAM, the characterization of the violence suffered by these women, as well as the identification of the profile alleged the perpetrator of this vio violence. The paper presents three lence. chapters. The first chapter is devoted to analyzing the theoretical perspectives and policies that illuminated the formulations of gender and its importance as an analytical category. Introduces a political debate on the nex nexus of public and private spheres and their relation to us the State level, the working world, articulated with the universe and family patterns and their implications for domestic violence. Although this chapter discusses feminism and women's movement with th the contextualization of these terms in the search field works e - domestic violence against women. The second chapter aims at historical recovery of the international instruments to strengthen women's empowerment, and public policies in Brazil and especially in Cabo Frio, with emphasis on the Law 11.340/06 - Maria da Penha Law. The third chapter takes place the data analysis and the final thoughts that seek to contribute to development and implementation of public policies for women. |
