The technologies of the about and conveyance (TIC) come permeating and altering the streams of about and work in the organizations. In the ambit of Poder Judiciário do Brasil such technologies have been modifying do not only the process working internal to Poder, as well as the process working of the institutions that they act in the your spill and that are regulated for the Corregedorias Gerais de Justiça. On at this dissertation are analyzed, by mean of a case study, the processes working of the one registry clandestine of Estado do Rio de Janeiro and the impact of the new TIC´s about such processes. The research bespoke the modernization necessity and improvement of the your services cartoriais, and the necessity of the one ambient technologic and the establishment of routines working that propitiate a bigger assurance and control of the acts cartorários.
