Resumo: | This work aims the investigation into the corporate management of Brazilian familycontrolled companies focusing on the relations and behaviors which interfere in the management process of such institutions, mainly regarding those of the people who constitute this sort of organization. This Study has been developed based on bibliographic research and gathering of data and information obtained from university, libraries, Internet, magazine and newspaper articles. The proposed topics related to People and "Leadership of "Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade" (PQN), the National Quality Award the status of corporate management art for the excellence of corporation performance are being used as a comparative parameter towards the current reality of the family-controlled companies, which was raised from the research above mentioned. It is worth do the analysis of the professional update also the succession process of such companies as well as the organizational change processes focused in people. The aiming of this Study is to contribute to the improvement of family-controlled companies, besides facilitate and enhance the evolution and continuation of those organizations. |
