Resumo: | The industrial construction and assembly market exert an important role in the national development policy. Creating necessary conditions to turn this policy possible, this market face several problems resulting from adversities imposed by the large complexity of its project s, of the environment where project took place and to create a standard of its execution processes. This complexity also reflects in the process to convert its resources entry into outputs. To face the challenges imposed by this context, this study has as an objective to establish a sketch of a management tool model, which would present itself as a reference in the search of productive processes that will have as a priority quality and productivity, looking for a way to attend the demands imposed by a market which is becoming more and more competitive. To reach this goal, this research present the concepts of quality management, project management and a systemic view of the industrial construction and assembly market, including an approach of production administration, of productive processes and processes managements. This study also present an approach of quality in construction and assembly project, as well as a view of quality in project management. This research used as a strategy a methodology entitled as exploratory, having as a design technical procedures like literature review and an empirical research. This empirical research sought to cover a range of working professionals in the segment under study, without having the commitment to represent any specific organization. The understanding of this research is that its main contribution should be the possibility to open a way in which quality in industrial construction and assembly projects should be faced as management tool directly joined to organization success and results. |
