Resumo: | The study examines the issue of risk management of accidents in administrative buildings, located in Brazil, the area of shared services from a company in the energy sector, oil and gas. Studies of risks commonly found are focused primarily on operational and industrial areas, due to higher incidence and severity of injury and damage. This study presents a theoretical framework that addresses key concepts for the understanding of risk management and motivational factors of work accidents. Through the methodology of case study analyzes the accidents in administrative buildings in the area of shared services and enterprise risk management process. The method of data collection is conducted through the analysis of databases and time series of accidents, accident investigation reports and documents of the Integrated Management System - IMS. The study has resulted in a critical analysis of the model of risk management in the area of shared services company that has demonstrated satisfactory compliance with certification criteria on international standards and specific requirements for Safety, Environment and Health - SEH Additionally it was found by studying the incidence of accidents and anomalies recorded, the Pyramid of accidents in the area of shared services presents different behavior of the pyramid usually cited in the scientific literature, which refers to the recommendation for further studies |
