Resumo: | This work gathers the results of a research carried through the Empresa de Tecnologia e Informações da Previdência Social Dataprev. Based on the principles of IT Governance of the Cobit model, it had been identified the relevant IT processes for the company in question. Through the analysis of the data collected in the field research carried with the managers and supervisors of the Diretoria de Operações e Telecomunicações, it had been concluded that 50% of the processes recommended for the model have relevance for reality of the company. |
