The present study deals with the investigation of possible illness risks of an employee group with higher education recently admitted to on oil and gas company. The research subjects are career training professionals in a corporate university with the objective of aligning the employees' concepts and skills to the company's interests and are a continuation of the public selection process. The research's objective is to collect information about working conditions and risk factors for health and quality of life at work, and help create institutional action plans in the fields of institutional conditions, organization and socio-professional relations. Recurring working conditions and experiences within the group were collected through a questionnaire, which enabled data processing based on the collective responses. The results were presented in graphical form and analyzed using a quantitative approach through psychometrics and qualitative through the psychodynamics of work.
