Resumo: | This essay analyzes the Pedagogical Directive implemented by the Social Service for Industry (SESI) during the period of 1997 2004, considering the institution ongoing intrinsic changes and services such as health, education and leisure; in order to adapt to the still incipient regime, flexible accumulation. Based on historical materialism, the first chapter tries to further illuminate how the capital system embodied the adult education and worker s training; examining the presuppose hegemony assumed by the industrial bourgeoisie, along the modern history of production. The second chapter attempts to understand the pedagogical concerns that motivated the implementation of the Social Services for Industry by decree-law. The third and last chapter presents a series of changes that the institution and its services underwent during that period, calling into question the assumptions which lay at the base of the pedagogical directive implemented at the time. |
