This Project is a case study focused on both Formal and Informal Social Networks, which take place within CEFET/RJ s host-unit at Maracanã. To that was established a sample made up only by technical-administrative staff and contractors who work in the administrative area. This justifies by the fact that information s trade between the subjects is primordial for the progress of the center, involving all their operational levels. It was also this project focus finding out those in the institution who are the people with major contingent of information, and who among them all that would act as the biggest influence. This way would be discovered the institutional leaders.
