Resumo: The research focuses on the ephemeral urban artistic practices. Would it be possible to production of subjectivity in everyday urban life through the relationship between art and city ​​and new artistic activities in the public space? To answer this question, we will investigate the artistic production in cities, although distinct, share similar socio-cultural context. Artistic activities urban (AAU) in space público1 would be a worldwide phenomenon and demonstrate the artist's will communicate using playful elements in the city and could appoint a social and political commitment of the artist. The challenge would be to find loopholes that allow breaking the streams everyday, creatively, and experimental procedure, turning the city in a laboratory of artistic practices. Analyze some works to understand it would be possible through a UAA, which operate under a public other Logica2 that differ from everyday, with which the citizen would be used. The strength of these urban artistic practices could be observed in Berlin where the last split, communist and capitalist, mark the public space as a place of ideological confrontations. This force would be such that it would be used as a difference to the economic development of the city cooptaria aesthetics urban as another tourist attraction to be explored, through the possibility of produce images from the city. Thus, rehabilitation of public space would responsibility of artists and non-artists concerned to exercise their citizenship. To establish parameters that indicate the relevance of the AAU, is necessary ampararmo us about the historical aspects of public space for understand the relationship between individuals and the urban environment. Investigate if the AAU be able to transform the spaces of collective use and provide new types of social interaction in them and to what extent the propositions idealized the artists could match their respective achievements.
